At Jadlam Toys & Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returning unworn and tagged fashion items. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original Jadlam packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
